  • The client has no installed pass on his phone (number of devices = 0)

The text of the message can be personalized and include:

A/B testing

A/B testing is a powerful marketing tool. It is used to compare two different theories or two tools for studying your customers and their behavior. The idea of A/B testing is simple. The JETCARDS service randomly divides your recipients into two equal-sized segments - A and B. Each client in segment A will be sent a message with subject A and text A. Clients in segment B will be sent a message with subject B and text B.

The effectiveness of A and B can be compared using three indicators:

  • Sales volume with promo code A and promo code B
  • Number of clicks for message A and message B
  • Number of times a message was opened with subject A and subject B for email

How it works?

  • Sending multi-channel messages can have multiple sending stages.
  • Each such stage can contain a set of different communication channels (for example, push message for Wallets, Web Push and email).
  • After each sending step, you can configure a delay (for example, 30 minutes) to wait for the message to be delivered or read on the customer's device.
  • For each subsequent stage, sending is carried out only to those clients who have not previously received the message
